This agreement governs the conditions of use of the forum of the AWA Alsace association.
Registration as a member of the forum is subject to conditions and results in the acceptance of the present agreement.

Users of the Forum shall agree to respect the following:

(1)This agreement has been defined in accordance with the wishes expressed predominantly by the majority of members of the AWA Alsace Association during the meeting ‘’assemblée Générale’’ in February 2011, for a closed platform, only reserved for members of this association.

Consequently, the content of the Forum of the AWA Alsace , hereinafter referred to as "the Forum", are visible by users registered and accepted by an administrator as a member, with the exception of this agreement.

The members of the Forum agree to respect the principles of confidentiality of the personal information they may have knowledge of in the use of the Forum.

(2) The purpose of the Forum is to enable the members of the AWA Alsace to satisfy their passion within the Association and share their point of view
. The Forum is thus intended to encourage sharing between members, for the greater good of all and of each, regardless of nationality and language.

Consequently, users agree, function of their ability to translate its content either in English or German. However, all the participants not being familiar with the language, it is asked to users, to the extent of their capabilities and for everyone to be fully involved, to post in two languages (native and another). When it wont be possible, the relay will be provided by any person having the capacity and being willing to do so.

(3) Users are notified of the use of personal data (name, first name, date of birth, email, residence address) on the forum. The dissemination of the email on the forum address however assumes the acceptance of the persons concerned.

Users are informed that they have a right of access, correction, and deletion, they may exercise by contacting one of the directors of the forum.

(4) Users guarantee that they have, on the content they place online, rights enabling them to do so, including rights of exploitation of their works. It is reminded that photos online implies the respect for the right to the image and privacy.
